Fear public speaking is considered by the population number of societies. It commonly calling as social anxiety disorder. According to most studies, number of people is fair or scare of public speaking even almost 10% people love public speaking. So, how do you overcome of it? It depends on yourself. But you have to learn more the tips of public speaking before doing it. Fortunately, I learn some techniques and tips to break down my public speaking barries. But before you do it, try to consider some facts of public speaking scared or anxiety.
Public speaking is the first phobia
There are some facts of speaking anxiety. Glossophobia (public speaking), Necrophobia (fear of death), Arachnophobia (fear spiders), Achluphobia (fear of darkness), and Acrophobia (heights).
Social phobias regardless of which they are beginning with shyness in childhood. The progress was not addressed. It means that speaking anxiety got worse unless you can break down it. Children can learn public speaking skills as adult.
